Pudding aux graines de chia avec bleuets et noix de coco

Chia seed pudding is a great option for breakfast, as a snack or as a dessert.

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk 

  • 4 tablespoons whole chia seeds

  • 2 cups blueberries (1 cup for toppings)

  • 1/2 c. vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • Nuts and seeds, toppings

  1. In a blender, mix a cup of blueberries, maple syrup and your coconut milk
  2. Pour your blueberry milk into a small bowl, add your chia seeds and stir well
  3. Leave your pudding in the fridge overnight
  4. When you are ready to serve your pudding, add all the desired toppings. I added blueberries, sunflower and flax seeds and coconut chips.
