Pitaya Bowl

Pitaya, also known as dragon fruit, is the name given to the fruit of several different cactus species. It is particularly rich in magnesium, vitamin C, potassium and fiber. This tasty treat is served at breakfast or as snacks and contains all the ingredients to keep your blood sugar stable and your energy.

  • 1 package of pitaya (100 gr)
  • 1 pear
  • 1 package of coconut meat
  • 300 ml of coconut water
  • 3 c. chia seeds with probiotics
  • 3 c. collagen
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
  • option: dried berries, hemp hearts
  1. Mix the pitaya, pear, coconut meat and water in a blender until smooth
  2. Pour your pitaya mixture into a bowl and add your chia seeds, collagen and coconut flakes (add the other fillings of your choice), mix well.
  3. Leave overnight in the fridge
  4. In the morning, pour your mixture into separate containers and voila! An easy or portable breakfast or snack.
