FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For the time being, we offer 3 delivery days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Between 2pm – 6pm
• You don’t have to be home, the produce will be in a box, if you wish, leave a cooler chest
for the frozen items and a key to the front door if you’d like our driver to put it in your door.
• We need to have your credit card on file. You can still pay by cash or check if you wish, but you’ll have to be home to accept delivery.
There are TWO options:
1. We can leave your bin outside your door. Although the bins are squirrel-proof, they won’t protect your food against heat and cold for more than a few hours. If you like, you can leave a cooler outside for the frozen items.
2. You can leave us a key — either have one cut for us that we take each time we deliver to your house, or you can hide one (mailbox, under the mat…) and share the hiding spot with us. We will take good care of your key in either case.
No, your order can be any size. However, there will be a charge of $10 for any order under $80.
Our policy is 100% satisfaction. If you find that any item you receive does not meet your standards, please contact us by telephone and we’ll make it right.
You may add or remove items from your order up to 6 pm on the day before delivery. You will receive an email to confirm each change
