70% cocoa. Cocoa solids are a combination of cocoa mass and cocoa butter. The latter is there to coat each individual cocoa and sugar particle, allowing the chocolate to melt beautifully and cleanly in the mouth, revealing intense, bittersweet chocolate aromas.
34% cocoa. Each bite of this bar reveals crisp, crunchy pieces of organic butterscotch submerged in our wonderfully cocoay darker shade of milk chocolate. For those who love the unmistakable molasses flavour of traditional butterscotch, this is the bar for you.
60% cocoa. Dark Chocolate and cherries make the perfect partnership. To complement the wonderful sharpness of the cherries we have surrounded them in dark chocolate with 60% cocoa solids.
Semisweet chocolate with whole hazelnuts. Ingredients: Cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, hazelnuts, emulsifier say lecithin, bourbon vanilla.
60% cocoa. Generous amounts of organic crystallised ginger pieces are mixed into our dark chocolate to allow both the ginger and chocolate flavours to be shown off at their best while still allowing the inherent warmth from the ginger to show through.

Milk chocolate with 34% cocoa. A darker shade of milk chocolate. More cocoa mass than the majority of milk chocolate producers, therefore placing the emphasis on the chocolate rather than the milk.
