A $10 delivery charge will apply to orders under $80.
There are a few things we would like you to know and consider about our home delivery system:
There is a one-time $15 deposit fee for the bin used to deliver your order. Please leave your bin outside for our driver on each delivery day. We will pick it up and leave you with a new one.
Harmony milk and Pinehedge Farm dairy products come in glass jars or bottles that have deposits on them. Put the empties in your bin to return them. We will issue the credit once they get back to the store, which will be taken off of your next order.
Prices are updated daily. Please understand that we put your order together the morning of delivery. We are known for having the freshest produce, as we only order smaller amounts at a time. We therefore have a very quick turnover, with new fruits and vegetables coming in every day. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the price you are charged will be the same as the price posted when you placed the order.
Some fruits and veggies are charged by the pound. For example, if you would like 3 tomatoes, which is a little over a pound, just put the number “3” in the space for quantities. The computer will calculate it as 3 pounds for your total, but we will know that you are actually asking for 3 individual tomatoes. This goes for any other produce that is charged by the pound. Feel free to add a comment indicating and clarifying exactly what you would like, should you actually wish to have 3lb of tomatoes or in any other special case.
Please review your order. The total is approximate. You will receive a detailed invoice along with your delivered order.
If you wish to order approximately the same thing the next time you place an order, simply go to “my account”, click on “orders”, and choose “reorder”. Please only reorder items that are not produce, as not all produce is available every week. Of course, you can make any other changes you wish to your order at this point.
For the time being, we offer 2 delivery days a week: Tuesday or Thursday, depending on where you live. If your area is not included in the list below, please give us a call and we'll work something out.

• You don’t have to be home, the produce will be in a bin, if you wish, leave a cooler chest
for the frozen items and a key to the front door if you'd like our driver to put it in your door.
• There is one time $10 deposit on the bin. Next time you place an order leave the empty bin outside.
• We need to have your credit card on file. You can still pay by cash or check if you wish, but you’ll have to be home to accept delivery.
Q. What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
A. There are TWO options:
1. We can leave your bin outside your door. Although the bins are squirrel-proof, they won't protect your food against heat and cold for more than a few hours. If you like, you can leave a cooler outside for the frozen items.
2. You can leave us a key -- either have one cut for us that we take each time we deliver to your house, or you can hide one (mailbox, under the mat...) and share the hiding spot with us. We will take good care of your key in either case.
Q. Do I have to order a minimum amount for delivery?
A. No, your order can be any size. However, there will be a charge of $10 for any order under $80.
Q. What if I'm not satisfied with an item in my order?
A. Our policy is 100% satisfaction. If you find that any item you receive does not meet your standards, please contact us by email or telephone and we'll make it right.
Q. How do I change an order that I've submitted?
A. You may add or remove items from your order up to 6 pm on the day before delivery. You will receive an email to confirm each change
